Recruitment & Selection ONLY Fee
This fee covers the comprehensive sourcing and screening of high-caliber European au pairs. To ensure a seamless match, we conduct personal intakes with both your family and the candidate.

Full Service (Agency Fee)
Comprehensive recruitment and selection of European au pairs, including a pre-arrival training program covering pedagogical tools, safety, and health. This fee also includes a personal intake with both the au pair and the host family, and the creation of a tailored family plan.

Monthly fee
Monthly online English lessons for your au pair and a personal development check-in moment to support growth, communication, and cultural integration.

Monthly Pocketmoney
Monthly Pocket Money The au pair receives a monthly allowance (pocket money) of €340. This amount is fully tax-free for host families, as it is strictly regulated as part of a cultural exchange program. In addition to this allowance, the host family covers the costs for a mobile phone plan (up to €25 per month) and a public transport card (providing free travel during the week or on weekends).
